The family of Feras Morad, 20, who was
shot and killed by a Long Beach police officer in May, is taking steps
toward filing a lawsuit against the city of Long Beach.
His 16-year-old sister Ghada sees him in
a stranger’s eyeglass case. His mother thinks of him when she’s upset and
he’s not there to console her, and his father says he no longer has a
philosophical sparring partner.
